🎈 How long do helium balloons last?

Latex Balloons: 8–12 hours of float time on average.
Foil Balloons: 3–5 days, often longer indoors.

Float times may vary due to heat, cold, humidity, or outdoor conditions. For best results, store balloons in a cool indoor space away from sun and extreme temperatures.

⏱ How long does it take for online orders to be ready?

Most helium balloon orders are ready within 30 minutes - 1 hour during normal business hours.

Pickup Hours:

  • Mon–Fri: 10 AM–7 PM

  • Sat–Sun: 8 AM–3 PM

🚚 Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We offer two delivery options:

DoorDash Delivery:
Perfect for helium bouquets, balloon kits, pumps, grab-and-go garlands, and retail balloon items.

Full-Service Delivery (Installs + Rentals):
If your order includes balloon garlands, arch walls, backdrops, rentals, or a mix of helium + installation — we deliver, set up, and pick up.
Text or call us to schedule full-service delivery.

🎉 What happens once balloons leave the store?

We guarantee high-quality balloons at pickup. After balloons leave our store or are delivered, we are not responsible for popping, deflating, shrinking, or damage due to heat, weather, transport, or handling.

We’ll always provide care tips to help your balloons last as long as possible!

💥 Do you replace popped balloons?

If a balloon pops before leaving the store, we replace it immediately.
After pickup or delivery, replacements are not covered — but we’re always happy to create a new bouquet at standard pricing.

🌡 Can balloons be placed outside?

Yes, but outdoor conditions can shorten balloon life. Heat, cold, direct sun, and wind may cause popping, shrinking, or oxidation.
Outdoor performance is not guaranteed.

✍️ Do you offer custom balloon designs?

Yes! We specialize in custom balloon bouquets, themed garlands, event installations, and personalized creations for any occasion.
